Store Policies

Returns:
Bullysticksonline only accepts returns on items shipped in error. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days. Only returns consisting of the full quantity that was ordered will be considered. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Items sent back without a RA number will be refused.

Shipping:
Due to the nature of the treats, we are NOT able to ship outside of the USA. We do hope to service our Canadian friends in the future!

If UPS cannot deliver your package due to an error on the shipping address, the customer is held accountable for the payment of extra shipping charges.

Everything ships out UPS from our warehouse. Please note they calculate time in business days only. For a Saturday Deliver on Next Day Air you must contact us. There is also an additional charge for Saturday delivery.

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so please provide an alternate address on the "SHIP TO" section on your account, or contact us at sales@bullysticksonline.com and include your order number!
