Q: Can I order just one bag of a product? A: For selected items you no longer have to purchase a full case! Just select "single bag" in the drop down box if it is available for that item! There is a single price and a case price for items available in more than one quantity. NOTE: The product description is the quantity for a full case. It will also let you know how many are in a single bag or if it is in bulk a single is just one of that item. If you still have a question about ordering please contact us!
Q: What if I want my order shipped to a different address than my billing address? A: For existing customers - Click I am an existing customer and enter your e-mail and password. BEFORE moving forward, check the box that says "Change Shipping Address" and enter your shipping information!
Q: I want to change my credit card for this order, how can I do that? A: For existing customers - Click I am an existing customer and enter your e-mail and password. BEFORE moving forward, check the box that says "Change Payment Method" and enter your new credit card information!
Q: What if the product I usually order is not on your website any longer? A: Chances are we are out of the product, so it is taken off the website. For a list of discontinued items please visit the customer service page!
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
